Exosite provides a water level monitoring system for factories or warehouses with water tanks or storage containers. It’s a remote monitoring IoT solution as well as an on-premise solution. This solution comprises a set of radar echo sensors, Intel Xeon Processor IPC, and ExoSense Remote Monitoring Software.
ExoSense remote condition monitoring IoT platform is a code-less software solution to capture real-time data, aggregate, and distribute IoT device data. Its graphical user interface is highly configurable, with the flexibility to define digital assets, operational rules, visualizations, and access controls. The sensor data is collected and stored securely in Intel Xeon Processor inside IPC, and transferred data to the ExoSense Cloud or ExoSense On-Premises. The solution enables any organization to predict maintenance, alert users of critical operating conditions, optimize processes, and reduce maintenance costs. The powerful Intel Xeon Processor can support the heavy edge computing effort of data aggregation and processing.
Installation
The solution has been implemented by a silo service company which needs to monitor the storage space inside the 30-meter-tall silos. Lidar sensors are installed on the top of the silos to detect the storage level and connected to Intel Xeon Processor based IPC. Data returns to ExoSense so that the managers can monitor the silos anytime anywhere.
